This was supposed to be your workout, instead you are lounging around at home, work, school, someone else’s house…lucky you.  I think that by now you have a good sense of what looks hard and what looks insane.  This WOD falls in neither category, but instead looks like one of Coach Lauren’s warm ups.  The kicker today would have been the 100 Back Squats.  The 100 unbroken-one-attempt-at-it-mentally-and-physically-grueling-journey-to-find-out-who-you-really-are Back Squats.  If the workout doesn’t seem hard, imagine how it would feel if your legs aren’t functioning.  This was supposed to be your workout, instead you are lounging around until next Tuesday….unlucky you.

I don’t have much to say to you at this point, since we never really got along.  From the beginning I had to lie to you to work around your shortcomings and I never liked how you were setup to create workouts.  I will not miss how inconsistent you were nor how tedious you were when posting.  I know that all of my complaints are first-world-problems, but still.  I also want to take this time to let you know that I have been using someone else all last week.  WODIFY and I are getting along really well and I am really happy.  I will never forget that you were my first, but I want you to know that I am really enjoying my second.

By the way, this does mean that BTWB will no longer be supported and we will use WODIFY from here on out.
